EdeNaturals is a small-batch business based in Wildwood, Georgia. Our products include handmade skin and body care, mineral-based outdoor products, herbal and wellness products, and pantry foods.

Orders and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or website errors.

If a product is accidentally listed at an incorrect price, EdeNaturals reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund rather than honor the incorrect price.

Order Cancellations

Orders for non-food products may be canceled as long as the order has not yet shipped.

Food and pantry orders, including granola, granola bars, and other freshly prepared foods, may be canceled only before preparation has begun. Once we have started preparing a food order, the order can no longer be canceled.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of eligible non-food products that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by EdeNaturals or a damaged or defective product. Once an eligible returned item is received and inspected, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products are not returnable.

Food and pantry products are final sale and cannot be returned. Because edible products cannot be resold once they leave our possession, we cannot accept returns on granola, granola bars, or other food items.

When available, EdeNaturals may offer product samples so customers can try certain products before purchasing a full-size item. Customers requesting samples may be responsible for shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise problematic product, please contact EdeNaturals within 3 days of delivery.

We may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping materials so we can better understand what happened.

We will review each situation individually and work with you toward an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, refund, store credit, or another reasonable resolution depending on the circumstances.

Shipping

Because many EdeNaturals products are handmade in small batches, processing and shipping times may vary.

Estimated processing or delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of product preparation, inventory, weather, shipping carriers, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is also subject to the carrier's operations and policies.

If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can help investigate the shipment.

If tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking the delivery area, household members or neighbors when appropriate, and contacting the shipping carrier. EdeNaturals will make reasonable efforts to assist, but packages confirmed as delivered are not automatically eligible for replacement or refund. These situations will be reviewed individually.

Local Pickup and Delivery

Certain products may be available for local pickup in the Wildwood, Georgia area, including pickup arrangements at the natural food market in Wildwood.

In some circumstances, particularly for larger orders, pickup or delivery may be arranged in the Chattanooga area.

Unless other arrangements have been made, pickup orders will be held for 3 days. If the customer communicates with us about an emergency, delay, or other circumstance, we may agree to hold the order longer.

If no communication is received within the three-day period, EdeNaturals cannot guarantee that the order will continue to be held or available for pickup.

Food Products and Allergies

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredient lists before purchasing or consuming EdeNaturals food products.

Our foods may be prepared in a kitchen or facility that handles common allergens, including tree nuts, peanuts, seeds, wheat/gluten, and other ingredients that may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.

Although we take reasonable care when preparing our products, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens handled in the same environment.

If you have a serious food allergy or sensitivity, please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about ingredients or preparation.

Skincare and Body Products

Every person's skin is different. We recommend performing a small patch test before using a new EdeNaturals skincare or body product extensively, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

Discontinue use if irritation, redness, discomfort, or another unwanted reaction occurs.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and avoiding products containing ingredients to which they know they are allergic or sensitive.

Eden Sun Shield Products

Eden Sun Shield mineral products are cosmetic skin-care products formulated with mineral ingredients such as non-nano zinc oxide.

Unless specifically stated otherwise following appropriate regulatory testing and approval, EdeNaturals does not represent these products as FDA-approved sunscreen products or make an SPF claim.

Product descriptions relating to outdoor use, mineral ingredients, or sun exposure should not be interpreted as a guarantee of protection from sunburn, UV exposure, skin damage, or other effects of sun exposure.

Customers should use appropriate sun-protection practices based on their individual needs and circumstances.

Herbal, Wellness, and Educational Information

Information provided by EdeNaturals regarding herbs, foods, ingredients, wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

Our products, website content, presentations, recipes, or educational materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical care.

Customers should consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding individual medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, or other health concerns when necessary.

Handmade and Natural Product Variations

Many EdeNaturals products are handmade in small batches using botanical, natural, and minimally processed ingredients.

Because of this, products may vary slightly from batch to batch in color, scent, texture, shape, appearance, consistency, or weight.

These natural variations are a normal part of handmade products and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Product Images

We make reasonable efforts to represent our products accurately on our website.

However, actual products may vary slightly from photographs because of natural ingredient variations, handmade production, lighting, photography, screen settings, packaging changes, or presentation.

Some website images may also be professionally edited or created with digital or artificial-intelligence-assisted enhancement for presentation purposes. These enhancements are intended to represent the product and its general appearance but should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every handmade item will look identical to the photograph.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Some products may be marked Coming Soon, temporarily unavailable, seasonal, or produced only in limited quantities.

Because EdeNaturals produces many items in small batches, we cannot guarantee continuous availability of every product.

We reserve the right to discontinue, reformulate, update, or change products and packaging at any time.

Customer Accounts

When customer accounts are available, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts.

Please notify EdeNaturals if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

Customer Reviews

Customers may submit written product reviews, their name, and a star rating.

We value genuine customer feedback, including both positive and negative experiences. However, reviews may be rejected or removed if they contain spam, profanity, abusive material, personal information, unrelated content, misleading statements, unverifiable claims, or false medical or product claims.

EdeNaturals may also limit reviews to verified purchases when appropriate.

Submitting a review gives EdeNaturals permission to display that review on our website and in connection with the product being reviewed.

Wholesale and Resale

EdeNaturals products may be available for wholesale purchase and resale.

Wholesale customers or resellers may be subject to separate pricing, minimum-order requirements, payment terms, product-use guidelines, or wholesale agreements.

Permission to resell EdeNaturals products does not grant permission to alter EdeNaturals trademarks, labels, branding, product descriptions, or intellectual property without authorization.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the EdeNaturals name, branding, logos, product labels, website design, photographs, graphics, written content, product descriptions, educational materials, recipes, original formulations, and other original content belong to EdeNaturals or are used with permission.

They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior permission.

Purchasing an EdeNaturals product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

Website Use

You agree not to use the EdeNaturals website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, gain unauthorized access to another person's account, submit fraudulent orders or reviews, scrape or reproduce website content improperly, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.

Third-Party Services

Certain parts of our website may rely on third-party providers, including Stripe, PayPal, WhatsApp, website hosting providers, shipping carriers, and other services that may be added in the future.

Use of those services may also be governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policies.

EdeNaturals is not responsible for the operation, availability, or independent practices of third-party services.
